Say hello to our Fellow Conductors for 2026/27

We're delighted to welcome Enyi Okpara and Shira Samuels-Shragg as our newest Fellow Conductors Next season they’ll be fully immersed in life with the LPO, working closely with the Orchestra and learning alongside our Principal Conductor Edward Gardner. We can’t wait to see what they bring to the podium!

Our Conducting Fellowship was created to champion diversity and inclusivity in classical music, supporting the development of outstanding early-career conductors from backgrounds currently under-represented in the profession.
