The LPO’s renowned Future Firsts programme bridges the transition between education and the music profession for sixteen talented early-career orchestral musicians each year.

We are so proud that alumni Future Firsts can now be found playing in the best orchestras in the world – including the LPO! In this event, our current cohort of Future Firsts join forces with students from the Royal Academy of Music and members of the LPO for a vibrant performance inspired by this season’s ‘In Search of Purpose’ theme. You won’t want to miss this free showcase of the future stars of classical music.

This event takes place in the Royal Festival Hall auditorium and is free to attend, with no booking required.
